You shall always provide accurate, truthful, and updated information on the platform, abide by all applicable laws of the land, and use this platform strictly for lawful, ethical, and legitimate promotional/advertising purposes.

Payments & Transaction Policy (Direct Deals Model)
Direct Connect & 0% Commission Model: InfluencerDekho.com operates purely as an open online directory connecting brands/clients with independent social media influencers. Pro Account influencers voluntarily display their direct contact details (WhatsApp/Call) so that clients can connect and close deals directly at 0% commission.

No Payment Collection or Escrow: InfluencerDekho.com does not accept, collect, hold, process, or manage booking payments or campaign funds on behalf of clients or influencers.

Booking & Payment Flow: Commercial terms, campaign pricing, advance payments, payment methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash), and payment timelines are strictly negotiated and executed directly between the client and the influencer. Script approvals, content concepts, and execution processes are also handled mutually by both parties.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

The applicable subscription or platform fee paid by influencers for Pro Account listing is 100% Non-Refundable under all circumstances.

Any monetary advance, payment dispute, or refund request between a client and an influencer is strictly a private matter between the two parties. InfluencerDekho.com bears no financial, legal, or escrow liability therein.

Work Delivery & Timelines: Delivery deadlines and schedules for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Podcasts, or other promotional content shall be agreed upon directly in writing (via WhatsApp, Email, or In-App Chat) between the client and the influencer. The influencer is solely responsible for fulfilling agreed deliverables on time.
