1. Summary
Platform Subscription Fee: The applicable subscription or listing fee paid by influencers for Pro Account activation is 100% Non-Refundable under all circumstances.

0% Fee for Clients/Brands: InfluencerDekho.com charges zero booking fees or commission from clients/brands connecting with influencers.

Direct Transactions: Commercial payments for campaigns occur directly between clients and influencers (via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash). The platform does not collect, hold, process, or escrow any booking payments.

2. Influencer Subscription & No-Refund Policy
Any platform/subscription fee paid by influencers for Pro Account or premium directory features is non-refundable, as access to the platform's features is provisioned immediately upon payment.

In the event of account deletion or non-usage of services by the influencer, no partial or full refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

3. Direct Payments Between Parties
No Escrow or Payouts: InfluencerDekho.com does not accept campaign funds from clients, nor does it issue payouts to influencers.

Payment Disputes & Refunds: Any advance payment, financial dispute, or refund request regarding campaign deliverables is strictly a private matter between the client and the influencer. InfluencerDekho.com holds no financial, escrow, or legal liability therein.

4. Taxes & GST
Mandatory 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to all subscription and platform fees paid by influencers, which will be clearly itemized at checkout.

Any tax obligations arising from direct commercial transactions between clients and influencers are the sole responsibility of the respective parties.

5. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Payment Policy at any time in accordance with regulatory updates or platform changes. Any modifications will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
