Payment Condition: The influencer will receive the payment only after the promotional work is fully completed and approved by the customer. Zero Platform Fee: InfluencerDekho.com does not charge any platform fee on the influencer's fixed fee. The influencer receives their full agreed fee in their verified bank account or UPI ID. Only payment-gateway processing charges (paid directly to the gateway) and any legally required taxes (such as GST) will be deducted from the final payout, where applicable. 1. Strictly No Refund Policy InfluencerDekho.com strictly follows a 'No Refund Policy'. Once a booking is confirmed and paid for by the customer, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances. Refunds are applicable only under specific and exceptional conditions (such as the influencer failing to deliver the work at all after acceptance), as detailed below under Section 5 (Refunds to Customers & Work Verification). 2. Who Collects Payment For bookings made on Influencer Dekho where online or assisted checkout applies, the customer pays InfluencerDekho.com (a venture of India Report Card Media Private Limited) through our authorized payment gateway partner. 3. Payout to Influencers (24-Hour Rule) Payout Timing: Once the influencer completes the promotional advertisement (promotional post) and the customer marks the work as 'Satisfied' or 'Job Completed' on the platform, the payout process begins. The platform will transfer the influencer's full agreed fee to the registered bank account or UPI ID within 24 hours of the customer's approval. InfluencerDekho.com charges no platform fee. The amount received by the influencer may be lower only due to standard payment-gateway processing fees (paid to the gateway) and any statutory tax deductions required by the government. 4. GST and Invoices Quoted package prices on the website are typically shown before GST. Where applicable, standard GST (18%) will be added to the customer's invoice or checkout line for the promotional package, as stated on the pricing and booking pages. 5. Refunds to Customers & Work Verification Proof of Work: After completing the promotional advertisement, the influencer will post the proof of work (such as the live link or screenshots) directly on their platform account (dashboard), where the customer can also view and verify it directly. Refunds to customers are considered only if the influencer accepts the request but fails to deliver the agreed promotional work without a valid reason (except for a verified medical emergency, as per our Terms). If the work posted by the influencer is incomplete or incorrect, the customer can raise a refund request directly on the platform. Approved refunds will be returned to the customer's original payment method. 6. Off-Platform Payments Any payments or bookings arranged entirely outside Influencer Dekho (such as direct UPI transfers between a customer and an influencer without using our checkout) are strictly private arrangements. InfluencerDekho.com is not responsible for any losses, fraud, or disputes arising from off-platform transactions. 7. Policy Changes We may update this Refund & Payment Policy as payment gateway partners, tax rules, or product flows change. Any material changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
