1. Information We Collect
Influencer Profile Data: Information provided by influencers during profile creation, including their name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, social media profile links (e.g., Instagram, YouTube), city, and niche/category.
Zero Data Collection for Clients/Brands: Clients or brands are not required to create an account or submit any personal information to directly connect with influencers on InfluencerDekho.com.
Technical Data: Device IP address and basic cookie data are collected securely to maintain platform security and prevent spam.
2. Data Privacy & Visibility Rules
Voluntary Consent for Paid Listing Plans: Influencers who upgrade voluntarily consent to show contact channels based on their plan — Monthly (Call) or Yearly (Call + WhatsApp) — so clients can inquire about work directly at 0% commission. Consent is taken during registration and plan upgrade.
Free Profile: Phone numbers of influencers on a Free Profile will never be displayed publicly. Clients can only contact them using the platform's In-App Chat feature.
No Selling of Data (Zero-Spam Policy): We strictly adhere to a zero-spam policy. We never sell your personal data to third-party companies for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Direct Transactions & Payment Privacy
InfluencerDekho.com operates strictly as an open directory connecting brands and influencers. The platform plays no role, holds no data, and bears no responsibility regarding direct financial transactions executed between clients and influencers.
4. Permanent Account Deletion
You retain complete ownership of your profile and data. If an influencer wishes to delete their account, they can do so independently at any time by clicking the "Delete Account" button in their Dashboard (Profile Settings) to permanently remove their profile and data from the platform.
5. Changes to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with regulatory changes or platform updates. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
