1. About InfluencerDekho.com
InfluencerDekho.com is an aggregator platform that provides a medium to directly connect business establishments (clients/brands/MSMEs) and independent social media influencers for promotional and marketing purposes.

2. Account Types & Subscription Plans
Free Starter Profile: Any influencer can create a free profile on the platform. Under a free account, the influencer’s phone or WhatsApp number will not be visible publicly; brands can only contact them through the platform’s In-App Chat facility.

Monthly Pro Account: Under this plan, the influencer gets a listing for 1 primary platform and a Direct Call Button feature (the WhatsApp button will not be available).

Yearly Pro Account: Under this plan, the influencer gets a listing for 1 primary platform along with both a Direct Call Button and a Direct WhatsApp Button.

Direct Connect: Clients/brands can directly connect and deal with Pro Influencers via call or WhatsApp at 0% commission without needing to sign up or register on InfluencerDekho.com.

3. Disclaimer of Work Guarantee & Business Opportunities
Independent Marketplace: InfluencerDekho.com is strictly an aggregator platform. 

Client Discretion: Assigning work, withholding work, or the volume of work received depends entirely on the clients, brands, and market demand. InfluencerDekho.com plays no role or mediation in this process.

No False Promises: The platform makes no lucrative claims or guarantees regarding fixed earnings, minimum bookings, or guaranteed work. Clients hire influencers solely based on their profile, content quality, follower count, engagement, and rates.

4. Independent Contractor Status
All influencers registered on InfluencerDekho.com are entirely independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of InfluencerDekho.com.

5. Freedom to Accept or Reject Work
Influencers have complete freedom to accept or reject any campaign or work proposal sent by a brand or client. Both parties are free to negotiate and agree upon their own terms before starting any work.

6. Work Delivery Timelines & Responsibilities
Mutually Agreed Timelines: The influencer and client/brand must mutually agree on delivery timelines in writing (via WhatsApp, In-App Chat, or email) before starting the work.

Adherence to Commitments: Once a timeline is agreed upon in writing, the influencer must complete and deliver the work within that specified timeframe.

Professionalism: Influencers must deliver services according to the agreed package, maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with clients, and refrain from misleading or illegal promotions.

7. Package-Based Deliverables
Influencers must provide digital promotional services (such as Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube Videos/Shorts, Podcast Episodes, simple posts, or multi-platform shares) strictly as selected by the client or mutually agreed upon.

8. Direct Payment Terms
0% Commission Policy: InfluencerDekho.com charges zero percent (0%) commission on deals executed between brands and influencers.

Direct Transactions: The platform acts solely as an aggregator and does not collect, hold, or offer escrow services for deal payments. Payment amounts, terms, schedules, and modes (UPI/Bank/Cash) are directly decided and executed between the client and the influencer.

Liability for Financial Disputes: Both parties are solely responsible for all financial transactions, advance payments, pending balances, non-payments, or service disputes. InfluencerDekho.com bears no financial, legal, or arbitral liability in these matters.

9. Strictly No-Refund Policy
Platform Fees: Subscription fees and applicable government taxes (GST) paid by influencers for Pro Account listing (Monthly or Yearly) are strictly non-refundable. Refund claims based on non-receipt or low volume of work will not be entertained.

Deal Refunds: Any advance payment or refund dispute between a client and an influencer is a private matter between those two parties. InfluencerDekho.com bears no financial or legal responsibility for deal refunds.

10. Advertising Disclosures (ASCI Guidelines)
In accordance with ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) guidelines and Indian laws, influencers must include mandatory ad disclosures (e.g., "#ad", "#sponsored", or "Paid Partnership") on all promotional content. Any legal consequences arising from non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the influencer.

11. Prohibition of Fake Engagement & Misleading Information
Using fake followers, inflated views, bots, fraudulent screenshots, or submitting false profile information is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such practices will be suspended immediately and permanently without prior notice or refund.

12. Content Rights & Copyrights
Copyright Liability: The influencer is solely responsible for ensuring proper copyright clearances for any music, audio clips, or graphics used in their promotional content. The influencer assumes full liability for any copyright strikes or legal claims.

Brand Usage Rights: Clients obtain commercial usage rights for the promotional content only after making full and final payment to the influencer.

13. No Guarantee of Sales or Results for Clients
Neither InfluencerDekho.com nor the listed influencers guarantee specific business growth, sales volume, view counts, or lead generation to clients. Marketing campaigns serve as advertising media only; clients should exercise their own due diligence.

14. Prohibited Content & Campaigns
Influencers shall not promote any illegal activities, betting/gambling platforms, adult content, fraudulent schemes, hate speech, or products/services banned by the government.

15. Code of Conduct & Professional Behavior
Any instance of abusive language, harassment, threats, or misconduct during negotiations or campaign execution will result in immediate termination/blocking of the offending user's account.

16. Limitation of Liability
InfluencerDekho.com functions solely as an aggregator platform. The platform shall not be held legally or financially liable for any financial fraud, incomplete deliverables, non-payment, or disputes arising between users. Both parties engage with each other at their own risk and discretion.

17. Platform Rights
InfluencerDekho.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any account without prior notice in cases of policy violations, spamming, fraud, misconduct, or unauthorized addition of third-party channels under a single user ID.

18. Privacy Policy
Personal information provided by users is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any legal dispute, claim, or proceedings, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Amendments & Acceptance of Terms
InfluencerDekho.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Creating a profile, paying subscription fees, or continuing to use the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
