Terms & Conditions for Influencers

1. About InfluencerDekho.com

InfluencerDekho.com is an online aggregator platform that connects businesses (customers/brands) directly with influencers for social media promotions and promotional advertisements (promotional posts).

2. Independent Influencer Status

All influencers registered on InfluencerDekho.com are completely independent. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of InfluencerDekho.com.

3. Freedom to Accept or Reject Live Requests

When you are live (active) on the platform and a customer sends you a promotional advertisement request, you are completely free to accept or reject it. There will be no pressure from the platform or the customer.

4. Strict Rule After Accepting Work (Medical Exception)

Once an influencer accepts a promotional advertisement request on the platform, it is mandatory to complete that work. Canceling or leaving the work incomplete after acceptance is strictly prohibited. An exception will only be made in the case of a sudden illness or serious medical emergency. However, illness must not become a repeated excuse to avoid work. Repeated cancellations will lead to permanent account suspension.

5. Influencer Responsibilities

By accepting a promotional assignment, influencers agree to:

Complete the agreed promotional work with full professionalism.

Deliver and post the content within the agreed timeline based on the details provided by the customer.

Maintain respectful and professional communication with customers in chats or calls.

Avoid any kind of misleading or false promotions.

6. Package Responsibilities

Influencers must deliver the digital services according to the specific package selected by the customer. Depending on the package, this may include: Instagram reels, promotional videos, story posts, or multi-platform online sharing.

7. Payment Terms and 24-Hour Payout

Customer payments are collected by the platform first through our secure payment gateway partner.

InfluencerDekho.com charges no platform fee on the influencer's fixed fee.

Payment only after work completion: The influencer will receive the payment only after the customer marks the work as 'Satisfied' or 'Job Completed' on the platform. Within 24 hours of the customer approving the work, your full agreed fee—minus only payment gateway processing charges (paid to the gateway) and any legally required taxes—will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.

Do not start the promotional work until the platform confirms the payment. Any direct payments or transactions made off-platform are strictly at your own risk.

8. Non-Completion of Work After Payment

If an influencer accepts a request and the payment is collected by the platform, but the influencer intentionally fails to complete the promotional advertisement without a valid reason, the customer has the right to a full refund. The influencer must follow the platform's Refund Policy. In cases of fraud or severe negligence, the affected business may also take legal action.

9. Fake Followers & Misleading Information

Using fake followers, fake views, fake screenshots, or providing any false profile information on the platform is strictly prohibited. If an account is found engaging in such practices, it will be suspended or permanently removed immediately.

10. Respectful Conduct

Influencers are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during all communications and throughout the collaboration. Any form of abusive behavior, threats, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate account suspension.

11. Proof of Promotion

After completing the promotional advertisement, the influencer must submit the live link of the reel/post, screenshots, or valid proof of work on the platform so the customer can verify and approve it.

12. Content Usage and Live Duration

Customers can use the delivered promotional content only after the payment is fully completed. Influencers are not required or forced to keep the promotional post live on their page beyond the agreed duration.

13. No Guaranteed Results

Influencers and InfluencerDekho.com do not guarantee sales, customer growth, views, or business success from the promotional advertisement. This is purely a digital advertising medium.

14. Prohibited Promotions

Influencers must not promote any illegal, betting-related, fraudulent, misleading, or government-banned products and online services.

15. Copyright Responsibility

Influencers are solely responsible for ensuring that any music, background audio, voice, or images used in the promotional content (videos/reels) do not violate copyright laws. Any copyright claims, music licensing issues, or legal disputes arising from the content shall remain the sole responsibility of the influencer.

16. Platform Role

InfluencerDekho.com is only a medium to connect customers with influencers and facilitate a secure payment process. The platform is not responsible for any private off-platform agreements, direct payments, or personal disputes that happen outside the official booking flow.

17. Platform Rights

InfluencerDekho.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any influencer account involved in policy violations, fake engagement, fraud, or misconduct without prior notice.

18. Follower-Based Pricing & Pricing Table Updates

The influencer's payout is strictly determined by their active follower count based on the InfluencerDekho.com Pricing Table. Influencers will be paid strictly according to their follower range.

It is the sole responsibility of the influencer to update their follower count on the platform as they grow, in order to enter the next price band. The payout for any booking will always be locked at the price band that was active at the exact time of the booking.

19. Agreement Acceptance

By registering on InfluencerDekho.com or accepting any promotional advertisement assignment through the platform, influencers fully agree to all these terms and conditions.
